SQL server template fix & improvements

Hi, I found out that ACCEPT_EULA=Y was not correctly set in default SQL server template, so I fixed this issue, by using correct JSON properties and added Selection instead of text type input, so you can choose Yes or No.

Second thing, I added data and log volume to SQL server template for linux, so you can store data in volume instead of container.

I would appreaciate some feedback.
