Cannot decrypt portainer backup file

Problem Description

I have backed up Portainer config using "Store in S3" option and also encrypting the backup with a password. When I try to decrypt the backup I get:

gpg --verbose --decrypt portainer-backup_2024-06-21_02-00-00.tar.gz.encrypted

gpg: enabled compatibility flags: gpg: packet(6) with unknown version 199 gpg: [don't know]: invalid packet (ctb=1d)

Expected Behavior

Be able to manually extract the encrypted fle.

Actual Behavior

Error:
