Search filter in services is applied to tasks

Problem Description

When I search on the "Services" page, the search filter is applied to task names. Tasks have a random ID that doesn't contain the service name.

Expected Behavior

I expect that the search filter isn't applied to task names, as it was in Portainer 2.19. This way you can quickly get an overview of all running tasks of a service.

Actual Behavior

As above.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to /#!/1/docker/services
2. Search

Update on this: We will have this fixed in a future release. It is currently scheduled for version 2.22, but this may change.

Please remove label bug/need-confirmation. Many people confirmed the bug and I confirm it also on 2.21.0 and 2.21.1.
