Document how to deploy the Edge agent with the EDGE_KEY option

Add a section in the README about how the deployment of the Edge agent can be automated by setting up the key directly at startup via the -e EDGE_KEY option.

Out of curiosity: why don't you set the key in the provided snippet after the egde-endpoint setup?
