Allow Edge Agent to form cluster

Hello,

It would be awesome if using the same edge key, I could connect multiple edge agents to portainer, and then it would be nice to see an aggregated view of all containers running all the edge agents. I want to use this to show all my containers running on an AWS ECS cluster.
