[suggestion] config for durabitlity, and mine if tool can handle the vein

The mod is awesome but there are 2 things that bother me a little bit while using it.

If I have for example a bunch of trees (big bunch of trees) very close to each other, and I have my nice enchanted axe and chop the whole thing in one go, 2 things happen.

First if my durability is not enough, it seems to not chop some parts of the tree leaving some really hard to get pieces of wood up in the air, and second, it breaks my tool.

So, how about about 2 new configs:

#1 if tool durability is not enough to chop the whole thing, then just chop one block (same with mining) #2 option to leave the tool at 1 durability point instead of spending the whole tool when breaking stuff. that way I can fix my enchanted tools without loosing all those perks.
