Tool Durability Drains When Not Mining

If a key is assigned for veinminer to activate upon mining, pressing the key before mining will cause the tool durability to tick down automatically until the tool breaks. Switching to sneak mode fixes it for a short period of time, but then sneak mode will cause the same issue to occur when sneaking at any time with a tool in hand. Drain tool durability at least 10-20+ ticks per second.

Some more information: Only occurs on after Tinkers' Construct tool has been repaired by a sharpening kit. This is on version 1.10.2.
