[Integration][SonarQube] - Add filters to Projects and Issues

Description

Customers are unable to filter the parameters passed to the SonarQube API. Issue reported here What - Why - How - Added apiQueryParams to each integration resource config, to allow clients to add necessary filters to ingest the desired data from their Sonar instance. Updated the config to ingest unresolved issues by default
