[norm~] creates a click when incoming sound goes from silent to not silent (and a possible fix)
You can observe this problem in the attached folder, I tried my best to document it well.
Apparently, a possible fix is applying [noisegate~] only on the source sound, and not on the [mov.rms~] part. It's only a proposition, I don't know if there's another way around this problem, but after trying many things it's the best I could find. However I totally understand if you think it's not a good idea to include [noisegate~] in [norm~] as it depends on what you intended this object for, and it would add an extra argument to the object.
