If you want a fix for the moment set the track number in the tags. You can do it manually in Booksonic but considering how many files there are it's not really practical so I recommend using a software called Mp3tag. Just drag all the files from the book into the window, make sure they are in the correct order and then hit ctrl+k and you are done. http://www.mp3tag.de/en/
