Decades

Decades only go down to 1920 and includes decades for which there is no books. Not sure if client or server issue.

Temporarily lowered to 1800 in 326ff50 until I can have a proper look at it.

I want to call attention to the "includes decades in which there are no books" point above ... it would be a nicer experience to have some way to know "don't click this decade" (perhaps have them do nothing when clicked), or just not show the decades with nothing in them. Or show a count of titles in each decade.
