No longer seeing none media files

This probably only effects the import/export and send log functionality. https://developer.android.com/about/versions/11/privacy/storage

Log fixed by moving logcat to internal storage in 0569b9d50059c54539345b8e22f06e229b2bb6bc Still need to fix import/export

Import/export works fine now but user needs to manually allow "management of all files" on settings -> apps -> booksonic -> permissions -> storage
