Look in to if we can use local adress without requiring location permission.

This can probably be done by periodically check if the local adress answers to ping (as in booksonic api ping endpoint, not regular ping) the question is how reliable something like that would be

Worst case we could have an on/off state for local address like the current online/offline mode
