I don't think linux tags are essential. The linux hash that the firmware release was built from is available: https://github.com/raspberrypi/firmware/blob/1.20240902/extra/git_hash so all information needed is available.
Latest apt kernel is 6.6.31-1+rpt1 (2024-05-29) so contains this fix.
