[Feature Request] `disabled-worlds` System
The reason I ask is because we have a resource_world which resets quite often, so there's no need to execute checks or have lock systems on a world which will just be wiped at the end of the day anyways and necessitate a /bolt admin cleanup
This also makes it so listeners can be ignored in a world that's disabled, improving performance by avoiding checks on worlds where Bolt isn't needed. On top of this, if a world resets manually or frequently, it makes it so the locks within it do not have to cleaned up by admins to avoid potential issues.
