Open Cyber-Syntax opened this issue 1 year ago • 4 comments

(1) Issue/Bug Description: The mouse cursor does not appear when I focus on the left, right monitors and other application windows. Even if I change the focus, it stays where it was. In short, I can only move it with the mouse.

(3) Expected behavior: [

(4) Distribution (run cat /etc/os-release): Fedora 39

(5) Gnome Shell version: 45.2 X11

(6) Pop Shell version (run apt policy pop-shell or provide the latest commit if building locally): I think 1.2.0. I compiled it from master_mantic 1 month ago.

(7) Where was Pop Shell installed from:

  • Built from source
  • gnome-shell-extension-pop-shell.noarch
  • I tried both but my problem was not solved.

(8) Monitor Setup (2 x 1080p, 4K, Primary(Horizontal), Secondary(Vertical), etc):

3: 1080p, 2k(primary), 720p. All of them horizontal.

I think pop-os probably not going to or not able to fix this issue. They are already creating their own desktop environment called cosmic-desktop. Maybe you would give it a try to cosmic desktop because they already implement tiling behavior to that.
