[Feature Request] Switch focus between windows by scrolling mouse with the SUPER key

Switching focus between windows with [SUPER + Direction keys] and [Trackpad] is so cool. It really boosts my productivity as a Front-end Developer.

However, If I work on a desktop without a Trackpad, using [SUPER + Direction keys] is sometimes annoying. So, I would love to switch focus between windows by scrolling my mouse with the SUPER key.

Can you consider this idea? Thank you!

P/s: I also want to move windows by scrolling my mouse in adjustment mode.
