Can't tile windows on portrait monitor

Currently using Nobara official.

I have 2 monitors: one horizontal(1920x1080 16:9 144 Hz) and one portrait left(1680x1050 16:10 60 Hz). i can tile windows on the horizontal one but can't on the portrait one(even if i set it as the main screen).

I should be able to split the screen even if not perfectly like this:
