Feature request: option to hide the selected window overlay that appears when the launcher is open

A yellow background of various sizes come up when we open the launcher. I understand it shows the app opened at the moment. But that's really annoying and unaesthetic. If possible we need the option to remove that yellow background or it should be completely removed.

You can set the alpha of the active hint color to 00 to make the overlay not appear. It's a workaround, but hopefully it helps.

I did that..initially it was #D5C0B1 and I changed it to #D5C0B100. But after I clicked 'select' and closed the menu, it reverted back to #D5C0B1. I mean I am unable to set the alpha value somehow. Pls help.

PRs from the community are welcome, but the bulk of our developers' efforts are focused on COSMIC DE at the moment. I'll leave this open in case someone wants to tackle it, but we most likely won't have time to implement this feature.
