launcher fails to launch - gnome restart to fix

(1) Issue/Bug Description:

At first boot / first login, hittinh Super key or clicking the launcher shortcut has no effet : launcher won't display

(2) Steps to reproduce (if you know):

Boot, loging, hit super or click launcher

(3) Expected behavior:

.... should display :-)

To fix the issue : restart gnome with alt f2 then r

sidenote : I'll try to reproduce and then manually run dbus-send --print-reply --session --dest=com.System76.Cosmic --type=method_call /com/System76/Cosmic com.System76.Cosmic.ToggleLauncher

and paste the result here.

Maybe this issue belongs to "cosmic" repo ? just tell me if it's the case I'll move it there
