Possible GNOME bugs

The whole top bar is unselectable, as well as the desktop is completely frozen (files can be hovered over and the hover over animation is played, however I am unable to open any file, directory or such). If I am tabbed into a specific application and I have another application behind it, or next to it - for e.g. A browser, I am unable to click on any tabs. I am however able to scroll up and down pages. After alt tabbing into my browser, only then am I able to interact with anything on the window itself.

I have noticed this issue mainly when running at least one WINE application, however I have had this issue occur without running any non native applications. I do not know exactly how to replicate this issue, but it 'just occurs' every once and a while, and a system restart temporarily fixes it.

OS: Pop! 20.10 Kernel: Linux 5.8.0-7642-generic Architecture: 64 bit
