[Feature Request] Allow scheduling between light and dark theme on certain periods of the day

I would like to see an option in Desktop > Appearance that would allow me to activate and/or configure a day-night cycle that automatically changes from light theme to dark theme and vice-versa at certain times of the day.

This feature is present in Elementary OS 6 beta and macOS Catalina.
