"Change background" menu item doesn't bring you to correct settings page

Pop!_OS 21.04

  1. Right click on your desktop.
  2. Click on "Change Background.." in the contextual menu.

You are now bring to Settings > Desktop > General, but you should be in Settings > Desktop > Background.
