Bluetooth off by default. Investigate.
All of the methods I have found for disabling Bluetooth by default are extremely hacky. One method is not recoverable, and would not allow turning bluetooth on. The other method involves running rfkill when the system boots, which would kill bluetooth even for users who have turned it on during the last boot.
Do you know how gnome-settings is doing it? It's persistent through reboots.
I think rfkill block bluetooth
Maybe I can run this once when generating the ISO
