Dark mode not working

Install gnome-tweaks and make sure your theme settings look like this: 2022-12-07_13-53-56

looks like only the pop-os windows are light now:

That looks like the default Adwaita theme. It looks like your settings are correct, but there's definitely something weird going on with your GTK theme.
