Avoid vunerabilirites with d-bus dependency, look into LumineDE

There are many problems with depending on some of the less-maintained lower level, vunerability readen linux frameworks like D-Bus and Pam.

Have you consider creating Cosmic based on the same ideals by which LuminaDE was created? basically my propousal is to create a Lumina like DE writen in rust, but based on GTK4 and that can still use as much as posible GNOME codebase has a reference for such rewrite.
