[Feature Request]: Allow searching from folders view in application grid

In the new application grid, one cannot search from within a folder view. Search is only possible when in Library Home. This issue requests the ability to search, even when a folder is selected. Search results should list apps within the folder first, followed by all installed apps and a separate section showing what can be installed from pop shop.
