Add keyboard shortcut for copying screenshot of an area to clipboard

Not sure if this is the right repo, please let me know if this request should land in another repo.

There is existing default hotkey: shift + ctrl + print, but it's inconvenient as it requires both hands on keyboard.

I propose to add another default keyboard shortcut: super + shift + s to improve UX.

It requires only one hand which is much more convenient when switching tabs/chats/etc using mouse in some applications where one might want to share a screenshot e.g. with their friends. It is the same shortcut as in Windows which would be intuitive to users transitioning from that system.
