Start cosmic-settings focused on search bar

Currently, if I open the cosmic-settings and start typing it's not recognised. I need to either click on the search element, CTRL+F or enter TAB->TAB->ENTER in order for input to be recognised.

Cosmic-settings should start with search element in focus, or otherwise recognising input. This would match behaviour of the Cosmic Store.

Type to search - The same behavior as COSMIC Files & Store. Title may need an update.
