[Feature Request] Add option to disable workspace wrapping

I noticed that recently workspace wrapping was added to COSMIC, that means if you are in Workspace 1 and you try to move to the workspace to the left/top it will move to the last workspace instead of doing nothing. I find this "feature" extremely annoying and I believe there should be an option to disable it.

An option to disable wrapping is a good idea.
