[Feature Request] Enable Timezone Sync Option

Issue/Description: Currently, COSMIC Settings lacks an option to automatically sync the system timezone with the network time or user location. This feature would improve user experience by ensuring the system time remains accurate, especially for users who travel frequently or switch time zones.

Any alternatives to Mozilla's Location Service? Without that it isn't viable to have this feature. The last time I checked Google requires payment for use of their services.
