[Feature Request] Configure panel per display instead of all or one

I run different heads with different purposes, and I would like to be able to configure the panel to show what I need on each one - one, I don't need any panel to be displayed, another only needs two or three applets, and my last display it would be nice to have most of the applets on it.

You can create more panels (via config files) and place them on individual displays. One panel cannot have multiple configurations.
