[Enhancement] Profile picture in COSMIC Greeter ignores border radius setting

Issue/Description: In the COSMIC Greeter, the user’s profile picture is currently displayed with sharp square edges, regardless of the system’s configured border radius in settings.

This creates visual inconsistency with the rest of the COSMIC UI, where border radius settings are respected for other UI elements.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Go to Settings → Appearance → Border Radius (set to Rounded or Slightly Rounded).
• Lock or Log out to view the COSMIC Greeter.
• Observe that the profile picture shown does not apply the border radius (still appears square).

Expected Behavior:

• The profile picture should respect the user-defined border radius setting.
• Ideally, it should automatically update based on the selected radius value in the appearance settings.

Cropping images isn't supported in iced currently, so it's likely that nothing can be done about this for now.
