multiple displays connected. login box not selected.

cosmic-greeter: 0.1.0~1723729808~22.04~3679ee5

if external displays are connected when powering on from clean boot, the password box is not selected. pressing "TAB" does not focus the password box. using mouse works to select password box, but tab or keyboard does not.

this issue does not happen with laptop only and no external displays.
