[Bug] Fullscreen disables drag selection of desktop icons on other screens

Cosmic-files version: 0.1.0~1728090446~22.04~218630b

Issue/Bug description: See the title. Steps to reproduce:

Fullscreen a window.
Try selecting multiple files on another monitor by dragging the cursor while holding left click.

Expected behavior: It should work regardless of what is happening on the other screen. Other notes: N/a

Are you sure about that? I'm talking about fullscreen proper, not maximized. I'm on the latest commit and it's broken still.

In proper full screen as you said it works but not usable. Very janky
