[Feature Request] Per display desktop icons

Cosmic-files version: 0.1.0~1728057527~22.04~2989fb8 Issue/Bug description: Every display has the same set of icons. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have multiple displays.
  2. Put some things into the desktop folder.

Expected behavior: Desktop icons should be per display. Other notes: N/a

  • for other workspace of same screen?
  • if we disconnect the external monitor?

Same as Gnome or Windows currently. This is a solved problem.
