[Feature Request] Compact view support

Compact view is a view mode that displays files on a 2D grid that goes top to bottom, left to right taking only enough height to display the file name.

It's useful for showing more files than both icon view and list view while also focusing more on making the filename visible than showing the thumbnail. It's perfect for situations where the filename is more relevant than the thumbnail.

Compact view is already implemented in Settings > Desktop > Appearance

They're not referring to Interface density, but the layout of files/folders (different than Grid or List).
