[ENHANCEMENT] Reduce Vertical Spacing Between Items in Grid Mode

Issue/Bug description: In grid mode, the vertical spacing between items in Cosmic Files is currently too large, which looks odd & also reduce the number of items displayed at once and make the file browser less efficient to use. Reducing the vertical spacing would improve the user experience by allowing more content to be visible without excessive scrolling.
