[BUG] Dismiss Button on Toast Use Invalid Color When Maximized

Issue/Bug description: In Cosmic Files, the close button on toast notifications uses an invalid color when the window is maximized. In dark mode, the close button appears in a darker color, making it nearly invisible, while it should use a brighter color (like white) for better visibility. Conversely, in light mode, the close button is displayed in a bright color instead of a darker one, which also affects its visibility.

Steps to reproduce:

• Open Cosmic Files
• Delete a dummy file when window is Maximized
• Observe the color of dismiss button on toast

Expected behavior: Dismiss button should have appropriate visible color regardless of whether Files window is maximized or not

Other notes: This is the observed behavior when window is maximized

This seems to have been fixed with some updates that Cosmic Files received

The issue has been surfaced again

This issue persists for me. It's now Day 2 after a clean install of Alpha-6
