[ENHANCEMENT] Empty Details Pane Shown When No Item is Selected

Description:

In Cosmic Files, the properties pane appears empty under two conditions:

Observed behavior

• When space-bar key is pressed & no item is selected
• ~When the properties of an unmounted external storage device are accessed via the context menu.~

The properties page should be enhanced to display a more informative or default view in these scenarios.

The details pane should only be accessible manually using Space key or context menu and be dismissed using the Esc key or the close button. Implementing this enhancement will help avoid an empty details pane which serves no purpose, but it may lead to frequent opening and closing of the pane, negatively impacting user experience.
