Double Click in free space to move up a directory.

This is a selectable feature of KDE Dolphin that makes navigation fast and simple, and keeps the UI clutter free.

I’ve never used it, but it seems intuitive.

Makes things very quick with just the mouse, lots of space to click in icon view, and in list you can click in the left margin, which is always free space.

I find it's easier than clicking on the breadcrumb trail, and often you've entered a directory directly so the "back" button isn't useful.
