[BUG] Trash can icon is always shown as full

I think this issue can be reproduced by these ways.
- Try to delete immutable folder, OR
- Try to restore a deleted file when a file with similar name already exist.

well yes this might be the reason why, but it shouldn't work like that
the icon should appear empty when the trash can is empty
is there anything related in resolving this?
