Cosmic does not support RTL (right to left) layouts

Hello,

Currently I have my PC setup with an RTL language. It is normal to invert the UI when detecting an RTL language. Major distros such as Gnome and KDE, and their respective UI toolkits support this.

It seems though that LTR is hardcoded everywhere in Cosmic. It is my deepest hope that the necessary architecture is in place in the UI toolkit, or that it is easy to rearchitecture it to support it otherwise.
