[Bug] Applets not clickable when mouse is at the bottom or right sides of the screen

When shoving the pointer all the way to the bottom or all the way to the right of the screen, the applets near them are not hovered/clickable, unlike when the mouse touches the top and left parts of the screen.

This makes it a little bit harder to target the applets at the bottom of the screen and the applets at the right-most side of the screen.

This is a known issue with the compositor. The bottom and right screen edges have a 1 pixel line along them that prevents interaction.

I've retested those issues in the Beta and they've been fixed.
