(PopOS 24.04) Cosmic Dock on nouveau RTX2060 driver causes the entire Session to momentarily freeze.

On boot, the entire session freezes as it is "trying" to load the dock and the top panel (neither of which succeed). These freezes happen momentarily and at random intervals between 1-5 seconds apart, once I went into settings and disabled the dock, these freezes stopped and the top panel successfully loaded (note that the dock also loaded for a split second, and then disappeared forever).

The frequency of the freezes was also reduced by unplugging my display port monitor (although I have encountered issues relating to display port on other distros with nouveau, so I don't think this is specifically a cosmic issue).
