[Bug] Poor window title contrast in overview

In the screenshot, the window titles are black text on a dark background.

I think it should look something like this

The background color is the same as the background for the workspaces and it has a border matching the window accent color.

Proposed solution can be to use "Application or Window background" color from settings with little opacity than using just opacity for titles in overview. This should solve the issue. I have reported similar issue regarding color contrast here #657
