Cannot click in flatpak window

I have a number of apps install via flatpak, brave, slack, spotify and I am unable to click any buttons in these windows.

I am having the same problem with all flatpaks - Spotify for instance you can initially use it fine, but after switching back to other applications and going back to spotify only the minimize, maximize buttons do anything, nothing inside the app is clickable.

From the apps you are listing the common case seems to be xwayland rather than flatpak. (Most if not all of these apps are electron apps, which don't enable wayland support by default - yet.)
