Menus do not work in PySol FC
When moving the cursor over the menubar in PySol, the cursor changes to a different shape (still an arrow, but pointing the other direction and does not look like the system cursor scheme). As the cursor moves over the menu items, they highlight as if you can click on them, but clicking does not bring up the menu. The toolbar buttons do work, however, and when mousing over toolbar buttons, the cursor maintains its normal shape.
Expected behavior: Moving the cursor over the menubar does not change shape. Clicking on a menubar entry brings up the associated menu.
Actual behavior: The cursor changes shape when moved over the menubar. Clicking the entries does not cause a menu to appear.
