[Suggestion/Feature Request] Tiling features

Hi,

I love your work with the new Cosmic DE and the effort you put into the tiling side of things. I'd like to suggest following features in that regard.

1. Possibility to strip the window decorations, window title and remove or change window gaps.

2. Use, lets say a "ghost" window, which in nothing but empty space. If such is selected when launching something, that's the place where it goes. (similar to herbstluftwm's use of frame and client)

3. With feature from point 2, the ability to setup a layout which can be launched to fast and easy get the most used and desired layouts for various situations. Me personally use herbstfulftwm and I have layout work, one for programming, one for arbitrary use.

4. If not already implemented or planned for, but let us to change and add keybindings as we like.

With this, I would leave both herbstluftwm, sway, hyprland, and any other wm for Cosmic.

I would love for window decorations to not exist. Currently cosmic does allow to remove minimise and maximise but being able to remove close button would be really nice
