Stuck application names in the dock

Related Application and/or Package Version (run apt policy $PACKAGE NAME): Dock

Issue/Bug Description: Sometimes the name of an application (in this case 1password), gets stuck after the dock hides. SCREENSHOT

Steps to reproduce (if you know): Seems like it happens when you hover over the dock, and multiple applications gets highlighted.

Expected behavior: I expect that the app name hides with the rest of the dock.

Other Notes: The error gets corrected by opening the application that is highlighted.

Same issue here, it really happens a lot. I often have to reload gnome to fix this. Is it a known bug ?

Looks like it happens if I hover an app on the docker and then "quickly" move my mouse to my 2nd monitor. If I do it multiple times I can have the dock stuck with many apps names:
